ما الذي تذكره في رسالتك

  • اسم المستخدم. ولا ترسل كلمة المرور أبدًا: لن يطلبها منك أحد من ArabDev.
  • رابط المنشور أو التعليق أو الحساب الذي تكتب عنه.
  • ما كنت تتوقعه، وما حدث بدلًا منه، ونص أي رسالة خطأ كما ظهرت.
  • متصفحك وجهازك، وهل كانت واجهة ArabDev بالعربية أم بالإنجليزية.

قبل أن تكتب

يجيب الويكي عن معظم الأسئلة حول الحسابات والنشر والإعدادات، وفيه مقالة لحل المشكلات الشائعة.

الإبلاغ عن منشور

أسرع طريقة هي «الإبلاغ عن المنشور» من قائمة ⋯ الخاصة به، فهي تصل إلى المشرفين مباشرة. وللإبلاغ عن تعليق أو حساب، أو عن أمر عاجل، راسل عنوان الدعم مع الرابط.

المشكلات الأمنية

نرجو الإبلاغ عن المشكلات الأمنية بشكل خاص عبر عنوان الدعم بعنوان «أمان»، ومنحنا فرصة إصلاحها قبل نشر أي تفاصيل.

طلبات الخصوصية

للحصول على نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو السؤال عن طريقة استخدامها، راسلنا من البريد المرتبط بحسابك. ويمكنك أيضًا تنزيل بياناتك بنفسك من الإعدادات ← الأمان.

متى تتوقع الرد

نؤكد استلام الرسائل خلال 7 أيام ونرد ردًّا كاملًا خلال 30 يومًا.

What to include

  • Your username. Never your password: nobody from ArabDev will ask for it.
  • A link to the post, comment or profile you are writing about.
  • What you expected, what happened instead, and the exact wording of any error.
  • Your browser and device, and whether ArabDev was in Arabic or English.

Before you write

The wiki answers most questions about accounts, posting and settings, and has a troubleshooting article for common problems.

Reporting a post

The fastest way is Report post in the post's ⋯ menu: it reaches the moderators directly. To report a comment or a profile, or anything urgent, email the support address with a link.

Security problems

Please report security problems privately to the support address with the subject “Security”, and give us the chance to fix them before publishing any details.

Privacy requests

To get a copy of your data, correct it, or ask how it is used, write from the email address linked to your account. You can also download your data yourself under Settings → Security.

When to expect an answer

We acknowledge messages within 7 days and answer fully within 30.
